Camille is a respected lawyer practising exclusively in Wills & Estate Planning and Deceased Estates.

Having grown up in the Sutherland Shire and surrounds, Camille has a personal understanding of the needs of local families and utilities her extensive legal experience to deliver practical, tailored solutions to individuals and families.

Camille is reliable and responsive, making her a trusted legal adviser.

Camille is passionate about assisting individuals and families in planning for the future as well as navigating the loss of a loved one.

Camille understands that behind every will or estate is a person, a family, a story. She empathises that writing your first will or managing a loved one’s estate can feel overwhelming. That is why she has built a practice that puts people first. She takes the time to listen, explain all the options, and tailor legal solutions that truly reflect the client’s wishes and circumstances.

As an established wills and estates lawyer, Camille utilises her expert knowledge to advise on both basic and complex estate, incapacity and succession planning matters. She believes the key to effective estate planning is considering a client’s position as a whole. This ensures that all the client’s wishes and succession of their hard-earned assets are documented in a way that is most beneficial to the client and their family. This includes implementing asset protection and/or tax minimisation strategies such as testamentary trusts where appropriate.

Camille also assists clients who have recently lost a loved one with a range of matters including applications for Probate or Letters of Administration with the Supreme Court of NSW. She also has extensive experience in dealing with claims on an estate including disputes on the validity of a will or family provision claims, whether it be acting for the claimant, executor, or a beneficiary of the estate. She also assists in the administration of estates of both large and small value.

Outside of her law practice, Camille is married and has a young son who keeps her busy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing netball and relaxing at the beach.
